SP Slurry Pump for Mining

The SP sump pump is a centrifugal vertical slurry pump. The casing, impeller, and wear plate are constructed of wear and corrosion-resistant material. This model has a simple construction and can be easily installed. The pump casing is fixed on the shaft with bolts, and the bearing body is installed on the top end of the shaft. The double- rowed taper roller bearings near the sump, and the single of row cylindrical roller bearings near the drive end may bear the maximum axial load of the pump. The base plate or frame of the motor is installed on the bearing body. This sump pump may be directly driven or by V-belt. The belt pulley may be easily replaced to adjust the pump speed to meet variations or improve performance once the pump has been worn. The frame holds split mounting plates, which can be easily mounted on a steel-framed base or a concrete base. Advantages include easy installation and convenient operation. The pump can also be immersed in the slurry sump. The pump inlet is equipped with a low mounted strainer to prevent the particles from entering the sump pump, reducing the risk for internal damage.

The construction of the SP slurry pump is almost exactly the same as that of the SP slurry pump model. The exception, however, is that with the SP sump pump, the parts immersed in the slurry are lined with corrosive-resistant rubber. These parts include the pump casing, A05 impeller, and wear plates. Connecting bolts likely to be immersed in the slurry are also all lined with rubber protecting bush. The driving end SP(R)-type pump is as same as the SP pump model.
