Sand Pump

The solid-liquid concentration of mortar, slag, etc. can reach up 60%, ideal for sand pumping and sand feeding equipment. The maximum mixed flow is 5000 cubic meters per hour, and the maximum depth is 30 meters, making it suitable for various needs, particularly when they involve large flows and deep-water.

Structural features:
- This model is composed of the pump body, impeller, guard plate, pump cover, bracket, and bearing components.
- The material of the pump casing, pump body, impeller, and guard plate can be made of gray cast iron, cast steel, wear-resistant alloy, and non-metal wear-resistant materials. Users can customize according to their purpose when ordering.
- The shaft seal of the pump is packed with a seal, and high-pressure flushing water is added to the stuffing chamber to ensure the normal operation of the pump.
- The pump rotates counterclockwise when viewed from the water inlet, and the outlet of the pump is on the right in the horizontal direction when viewed from the water inlet.
- If the site needs a water outlet, it can be adjusted within a 360-degree range.
- The flow is large, and the flow channel is wide. It can transport a variety of mud and sand media, and can flexibly adapt to a variety of working conditions.
